Tesla FSD is nothing short of magic. Just rented a Cybertruck, picked it up at the airport and it drove us directly to the Airbnb. None of the stress of a new city, new roads, new car. Had it for 5 days and never drove myself. It drove perfectly. So easy and liberating

@JessePeltan After have been legally forced to by governments, anyone can say that... Truth is, there's the right tool for a job and electric, or any other propulsion systems, aren't for everyone and anyone should have the right to choose what's best for them, and not governments to tell you.

Regardless of what happens in Europe and the U.S., the world is moving to EVs.
There is nothing that western automakers can do to reverse this trend, and geopolitical risk in oil will only accelerate it.
Either get good at EVs, or wither away.

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier.
Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

Initial Super Heavy V3 and Starbase Pad 2 activation campaign complete, wrapping up several days of testing that loaded cryogenic fuel and oxidizer on a V3 vehicle for the first time. While the 10-engine static fire ended early due to a ground-side issue, we saw successful startup on all installed Raptor 3 engines. Next up: preparing the booster for a 33-engine static fire

@elonmusk Later thought. The same way turbines are used on Earth to power AI datacenters, Raptors engines could be repurposed on Mars to generate electricity as soon as fuel production starts on the Red Planet with the ship's tanks used to store the fuel. Starships can become power plants.

@elonmusk Invest in start-ups developing disruptive technologies in the energy and other relevant sectors would be a better use of any proceedings as it's very difficult these days to pinpoint charities really doing good - instead of enriching affiliates, politicians, fraudsters and so on.

@business Data centers generate too much heat to put one in outer space you have to have panels the size of the whole international space station multiplied times 100. There's no way to dissipate the heat in a vacuum. They will literally just melt
