@vanrensbird Hey Martin, thanks for the tip!
I'm already using @prisma/adapter-pg version 7.8.0.
Is that the "Prisma Postgres" version you're referring to?
In light of the German government giving some random guys €180k to develop a new version of Nokia 3310 snake I one-shotted it with claude, with a single sentence.
"Build a replica of Nokia's 3310 Snake and host it on Prisma Compute".
There you go. It is clunky, but it works. …ep9x0av6vhf60nusu4to.fra.prisma.build
Now give me 180k.

just spent the day debugging a prisma issue on kredo, reminder that even with nextjs and a solid stack, troubleshooting is still a huge part of the job
Google Search Console now has Generative AI features in Beta.
Total impressions is how many times links to your site were shown to a user in a generative AI feature.
This includes AI Overview and AI Mode. The rest seems pretty same-y to normal GSC metrics.

On behalf of the @prisma team. Thank you for taking the time to create this course @sumit_analyzen! Our own @ankur_datta_007 is from Bangladesh (although we got him to come to Germany) so this will surely hit home for him.
If there is ever anything that we can do to help, let me know.
After months of work, I'm excited to share a comprehensive Prisma course for the Bangla-speaking developer community.
The goal was simple. Build the kind of resource I wish I had when I first started learning Prisma.
The course covers:
• Prisma fundamentals
• Data modeling and relationships
• Migrations
• CRUD operations
• Filtering, sorting, and pagination
• Transactions
• Performance considerations
• Real-world engineering practices
The entire course is supported by custom animations and visual explanations to make complex concepts easier to understand.
Although the course is in Bangla, it has been dubbed in English, making it accessible to a broader audience.
I would love to hear feedback from the Prisma community.

Thanks to the Prisma team for building such an outstanding developer tool.

@shit8_shit Since you are already using the Prisma ORM, you can also consider Prisma Postgres for your database: prisma.io/postgres
You will get 50 free dbs on the free plan, and 1,000 on any paid plan.
Programming is easy.
Setting up Node, npm, Docker, PostgreSQL, Prisma, environment variables, permissions, SSL, and fixing version conflicts? That's the actual final boss. 😂🥲
Day 2 of my Next.js journey 💻
Built a CRUD app while learning:
✅ Server Components
✅ API Routes
✅ Prisma ORM
✅ Neon PostgreSQL integration
Feels amazing to fetch data on the server and connect it to a real database. More projects coming! ⚡

Building our Own v0 :
Done with :
1. Done with auth(Clerk)
2. DB prisma
3.Inngest workflows
4.e2b for sandbox setup
5. Done with prompt and context for AI

I’m launching better-drizzle.
Drizzle ORM is great when you want SQL-first, type-safe control.
But in every real app I kept rewriting the same glue:
pagination, includes, nested filters, exists/count helpers, hooks, soft delete, timestamps, upserts...
better-drizzle wraps your existing Drizzle client and gives every table a small typed repository API — without codegen, without replacing Drizzle, and without giving up raw SQL when you need it.
Prisma DX with Drizzle performance.

Would love feedback, issues, stars, and people trying it in real Drizzle projects.

@eualmeidazs@xfubot Prisma 7 is not as fast as we wanted it to be, but Prisma Next has 90% of raw pg throughput. prisma.io/blog/prisma-ne…
It is fast, but not designed for pure speed, so not as fast as raw pg. Take a look.
I have an idea to create an AI marketing platform for end users.
The idea is very simple: users create AI bots and assign tasks to them, such as posting, viewing, and analyzing metrics.
These are the technologies I plan to use:
Framework: NestJS
Database: PostgreSQL & Prisma, BullMQ & Redis
Auth: Passport & JWT, httpOnly Cookie
AI: Vercel AI SDK
Do I need anything else? I really need your advice.
@MarcJBrooker I agree. Emotion is complex (or simple?) and is central to communication. The human mind compiles and expresses it accurately. And authenticaly. I think using an intermediary LLM to interpret that emotion is lossy. Also, communication is intimate. Why bring a machine along ?
Is my blog written by AI? Do I use AI to write documents for human readers at work?
No.
I do a lot with AI every day, but I believe that passing off AI writing as my own is disrespectful to the people who I'm asking to read it.
More on my blog.
@eualmeidazs You could also just check out Prisma Next: github.com/prisma/prisma-… pretty much Prisma DX with 90% of raw pg throughput, and loads of other agent-native stuff.
Cool project either way.
We want to sponsor some open source projects
Who should we sponsor?
Will build a list and get it done
(sponsorships via Github and comped email sending)
