You do realize that the only reason Germany is a country today is because the Americans forced unification. The British and the French did not want Germany, strong and unified that they wanted them divided in weak, but the Americans weren’t having it and forced the British in the fridge to stand down….. also you can never fully kick American troops off the continent because eastern Europe is heavily reliant on the US in fact what the US will probably do is this move all of the troops that it has in Germany to places like Estonia, Poland and Latvia.

Back as in getting you Americans to leave our continent so we can reclaim our lost greatness after 80 years of US occupation and vassalage. American influence has always been a huge hurdle for projects like an European Army or a united European Federation, because it’s in your interest to keep us weak and divided - this is why your current government supports every anti-EU party on this continent and why JD Vance travels to Hungary to endorse Orbán - Washington knows that a united Europe will be way too powerful for your liking
