@TreborJoss @SMF904 Yeah. It definitely gutted my forever company. Now that I think of it, a couple of other holdings they had at the time are defunct.

Private equity sucks the joy out of everything and a good part of the quality. Thanks to bain capital, mattresses cost more and last half as long. Once bain took over, they stopped making double sided mattresses and used added foam. Foam breaks down years earlier as compared to the previously used batting.
