So happy Rou sent me a video explicitly stating they don’t hate me and to get those thoughts out of my head because every now and then my brain starts turning the gears of the “Shikari hates me” delusion and I can just go back and watch that video and it makes it stop

New shikari album got me wanting to slow down my drinking to keep myself healthy & alive to continue witnessing them. Lately I haven’t really been able to eat often enough to healthily intake the amount of alcohol I’ve been drinking and my body & mind came to a scary point

I did my taxes and I’m thankfully getting a refund this year, so ima use that to buy my Portland tickets

One time in like 2018 or something I went outside during the opener of a Shikari show & Rou was out there so I stopped to talk to him and tell him about the time their music stopped me from kms this one day. And my mouth got hella dry. I was like “sorry my mouth is hella dry” 1/2

Look at her isn’t she beautiful!!!! I immediately put it in my CD player in my car this morning and the sound is so much crisp and clearer than playing via FM radio transmitter! My only complaint is that it shipped thru Amazon instead of main warehouse so no stickers haha

yesterday and I can literally feel my body like begging me to cut this shit out every single day. So yesterday was the first day in since early-mid feb that I did not drink anything. I know it’s pathetic but I’m lowkey proud of myself. Alcoholism fucking sucks.
