PP5 requires the molecular chaperone Hsp90 to dephosphorylate CRaf kinase and Hsp90 cochaperone Cdc37. Here, authors show how Hsp90 acts as a platform to allow for targeted dephosphorylation by PP5.

Check out our latest preprint showing that the major protein enclosing the Phage Nucleus (PhuN) forms a tetrameric lattice with C2 symmetry. The symmetry establishes 4 unique interfaces, two large enough to act as channels for small molecules, RNA, or even unfolded proteins.
