In football, your film is your résumé. Jon Ossoff’s film doesn’t reflect what Georgians want: 40-year high inflation. Open borders. Rising crime. Wokeness in our schools and sports. That’s why we’re sending him to the bench in November.

Alabama hasn't beaten Tennessee since the 2021-22 season when Charles Bediako was a freshman in his first stint in college.

That 2017 Auburn team has to be sick this morning. Two-loss Auburn lost 28-7 to Georgia after crushing the Bulldogs in the regular season, and fell out of the playoff. Two-loss Alabama lost 28-7 to Georgia after winning on the road in the regular season and makes it in.

Winning over a team as talented as Ohio State in the Big Ten title game speaks for itself. But for Indiana to hold Ohio State to a single TD, that coming on a short field after a turnover, and limiting Buckeyes to 58 rush yards is the stuff of legends for the Hoosiers’ defense.

Turning 31 soon and I think my next big thing is going to be caesar salads. I’m going to really get into caesar salads.

What seems to be missing from so much of the Lane Kiffin discourse is the whole point of ***all of this*** are THE GAMES. Ole Miss is vastly closer to winning a title today than LSU ... yet Kiffin is trading that reality for the hope of tomorrow. And that sucks for the sport.

Dudes been a snake since he was born.

Kiffin supposedly has given offensive coaches an ultimatum: come with me today or there won’t be a spot for you. The injury he’s inflicting on @OleMissFB has gone from selfishly incidental to intentional. The danger is this: he’s delayed his decision so long that putting together another staff is going to be much more difficult than it needed to be. If assistants leave today, could it increase the chances of player defections pre-playoffs? Maybe. I’ve been less worried about that with Kiffin, himself, but some of these young guys will be loyal to their position coaches. He’s going to play victim along the way and his PR firm (ESPN) will help, but this guy is every bit the petulant brat he was 20 years ago. And no, this is not @KeithCarterOM’s fault. Kiffin feels so damn entitled that he thought he could quit, sign on with our conference rival and then continuing dictating the operation of @OleMissFB for the next month plus. The guy, fully knowing he was leaving, was tweeting about Ole Miss in the SEC Championship yesterday through his dog. He cares about one thing. Himself. It’s time to rally around the team and the university.

I think the story of the game is this: Vandy: ~9 yards per rush UT: < 3 yards per rush UT won the turnover battle 2-0, had fewer penalties, & were almost 70% on 3rd Down. Ultimately, this game always comes down to blocking and tackling, and Vandy won big in both areas today.
