@AviosHelp Hello, my Avios account has now been closed, but my Avios haven't been transferred to British Airways. I also don't see my vouchers with Lloyds. I also can't call because I'll get charged a ridiculous 7p a minute. Who can I contact?

@British_Airways Trying to use an upgrade voucher from @AskLloydsBank is now a nightmare. Been on hold for 45 minutes for something that used to be so simple with @AviosHelp - got another one to use after this and a companion voucher too. Think I’ll take my custom elsewhere.

@AviosHelp Hi there, I had pending avios points from the e-store for a hotel booking. I got an email 4 days ago saying that this has been approved and my account will be credited within 72 hours however this has not been the case. Will you happen to know when I will recieve them?
