@strosow @WesternU I would like to know why some units were informed of the impending closure by 8am (or earlier) while many of us learned of the closure an hour later (after commuting to campus for these early classes). Totally unacceptable flow of information.

@WesternU This announcement should have been made earlier in the morning. Many faculty, staff and students already started their trip to campus, as there are also many early morning classes. Why was UWO unable to issue a more timely closing notice - as done by the school districts?

Due to observable and changing weather conditions, #WesternU is closed December 5. All in-person classes and exams are cancelled. Where possible any course instruction that can happen online should continue.
