Berlin Process is not a talk shop. But we have helped people of #Balkans talk more with each other while paying less. Two summits ago, a promise was made to reduce #roaming charges. We can now report in #WB6inPoznań that the new agreement has significantly reduced charges in WB6

Excellent news!! Starting today, citizens & businesses in 🇷🇸 🇲🇪 🇲🇰 🇦🇱 🇽🇰 🇧🇦 will pay less when they are roaming within the region. The new #RRA is a first step towards the introduction of “roam like at home” within the region expected as of 1 January 2020 #DAWB
