"The world's most luxurious prison" on Channel 5 - the dream for me is for all prisons to take this approach. This is what prisons were SUPPOSED to be. I find Ann Widdecombe's attitude really difficult to swallow in this though, sadly. But, Halden Prison is what I wish for the UK

My last day as a Senior Lecturer in Social Work at the University of Suffolk. It has been an amazing 12 years and I have feel so privileged to have met such amazing human beings who are committed to social work. I will miss you all @UOSSocialWork @SNSWTP

So much so, that I've spent the evening attempting to do my own family cultural genogram, & unravel the layers of the variety of information that we learned today (day 3), & it's honestly been so beneficial, eye opening and rich. Thank you Jenny (trainer) & everyone for this!

Underwent some training around Systemic Approaches to practice for the ASYE programme over the last 3 days with ESCA & Collective Space. It has been the most interesting and enticing training I've done so far! Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Never thought I'd catch myself reading research articles for enjoyment, or by free choice, but it's become one of my most favourite things to do in "free time". What has happened to me? Haha.

@duckett_n Hi Nora, I managed to get home at about 6/7pm, after about 9 hours of travel. It was a work visit, however there was sadly a fatality at Watford Junction & disruptions at London Euston, so no trains going south. First time for me ever travelling this far & alone. 😂
