The strongest move isn't always the most aggressive. Sometimes it's the move that improves your position quietly. Chess teaches this. Life rewards it. ♟️

Morning chess training complete. ♟️ One thing chess continues to teach me: Progress isn't made in a single day. It's made by showing up repeatedly, even when results aren't visible yet.

@chesscoachandra I believe in chess as in life if you want wait around too long for a miracle event, you see it and take it by force, the forceful moves are the ones i look out for in tactical games,i just have to make sure its not a total blunder,ne8 hitting on the queen followed with Bf6,Qh6

Sailing time ⛵️ On the Norway Chess rest day, the players traded the chessboard for a sailing race. Team Grey: Magnus, Divya, Vincent, Bibisara & Pragg 🩶 vs. Team Blue: Gukesh, Wesley, Humpy, Anna & Zhu 💙 Will this little adventure give either team an extra boost for the final rounds? 👀 #NorwayChess #NorwayChessGames 📷 Norway Chess / Tor Nilssen & Kjetil V. @chessclubICC Re7 if queen takes you win the queen afterwards with a queen check on Qa8+,kc7,Qa7+ only move for black is Qb8 Then Qe4 with a double edge sword idea of Qe4+ and Re8+ combinations,my take might be wrong 😙

Another attacking gem by Anatoly Karpov. White is an exchange down, but Black’s two missing queenside pawns and exposed king more than compensate for the material deficit. How should the attack continue? Check solution: play.chessclub.com/daily-puzzle/2…

Most people lose before the game even starts. Not because they're less talented. Because they allow emotions to make decisions that strategy should make. Chess teaches this. Life rewards it. ♟️
