BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers ANOTHER big defeat as a judge rejects his desperate request to have his Stormy Daniels hush money criminal case moved to federal court — slapping away the absurd suggestion that the allegations are tied to his role as president and thus a federal matter. U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein sided with Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's request to keep the case in New York state court. The already indicted ex-president pathetically argued that Bragg's prosecution is political motivated, a claim that the judge rejected. "The evidence overwhelmingly suggests that the matter was a purely a personal item of the President — a cover-up of an embarrassing event. Hush money paid to an adult film star is not related to a President’s official acts. It does not reflect in any way the color of the President’s official duties,” wrote the judge. Trump was eager to move the case to federal court in large part because it would mean that the jury pool would be assembled from areas beyond the reliably Democratic Manhattan and surrounding New York areas. Instead, he will just have to pray that some MAGA Republicans end up in the blue mix. Trump faces 34 counts of falsifying business records tied to the manner in which and his then-fixer Michael allegedly conspired to conceal a $130,000 to pornstar Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet about an affair ahead of the 2016 election. GUESS WHAT? IT WASN’T A DRAG SHOW: 🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: A Youth pastor is accused of filming girls in the shower at a South Carolina church. The 35-year-old youth pastor, Daniel Kellan Mayfield, allegedly filmed multiple girls in the bathroom of Gowensville Baptist Church. They’ve identified six victims so far, saying they are as young as 14 years old. According to deputies, Mayfield reportedly set up and recorded video inside the restroom on at least three occasions dating back to July 2022. Mayfield previously admitted he recorded another woman who was taking a shower at her mother’s house when she saw a light outside the bathroom window. When she went to look, she said she saw Mayfield standing in the backyard alone. Mayfield was denied bond during a hearing that night. The sheriff’s office said during the hearing that they believe more charges may be coming. Instead of worrying about drag shows “grooming” kids, maybe Conservatives should looking inside their own churches?
