@NotaBurnerr007 @localsweety @Lane_Kiffin Agree to disagree man. I think it’s weird a guy goes after young women the same age as his daughter. Not morally wrong or even unethical but just weird in my opinion

@IhoPwaitress74 @RapidResponse47 @ICEgov @TSA No you saw one still photo with no context and made up your mind about what was happening. Shut the fuck up loser
English

@RapidResponse47 @ICEgov @TSA ICE has been videoed just milling around near the TSA desks, since ICE is completely untrained in TSA work.

@barbarismcrit Or it has been “updated” and looks like shit and will need to be updated again to actually look good
English

Yeah most people can’t afford to spend half a million dollars for a shitty 1300 sq ft house that hasn’t been updated

Sales of new homes in the U.S. have plummeted. The latest data shows sales of new single-family homes down 17.6% — hitting the lowest levels since October 2022.
English

What I have saved for a down payment would be enough to buy plenty of homes outright 20-15 years ago. Those same houses are now over priced by hundreds of thousands and wouldn’t allow my wife to stay at home because of how much the payment is with current rates. If you think this is somehow my fault you’re retarded buddy
English

@RimmyRimmler @deskjockey_99 @stelzner_n1150 Not our fault you own nothing and can’t save up a down payment
English

Don't worry about home prices, Gen Z. Help is on the way! Prices will be falling 40-50% over the next 3-4 years.

Home sellers now exceed buyers by over 600,000, marking the widest gap on record, per Redfin.

🚨 TOYOTA JUST MADE A CAR KEY SO CONFUSING… DEALERSHIPS HAVE TO TRAIN PEOPLE HOW TO UNLOCK THEIR DOOR
A full-grown adult has to explain how to unlock a car door using the new Toyota card key.
The key card literally has instructions printed on it.
Angle the card.
Find the “right spot.”
Try again.
Like you’re diffusing a bomb.
Even he can’t get it on the first try:
“Not working… not working right.”
Now people will be standing outside their own car… waving a card around hoping it works.
How did Toyota just make a car key WORSE?

@ThrillerRich @MacroSloan2929 @thattugglife @AmazingDenzx @Cultural_Break Reading comprehension is very tough but saying someone’s commentary on an action is wrong is NOT the same as saying the action itself is wrong.
English

@MacroSloan2929 @thattugglife @AmazingDenzx @Cultural_Break If you can eagerly call out what “wrong,” then you should be able to provide some kind of a solution or explain why. Otherwise, you’re not doing anything useful but making noise.

There is nothing humble about this…..
The Figen@TheFigen_
Winning an Oscar and instead of going to an expensive party, you go to eat cheap food and interact with the restaurant staff and fans. Lessons in humility…

@ChiTownGrowz @KobeissiLetter People like you are so fucking stupid and insufferable. Sure let’s turn a blind eye to the data because a few kids at your job order Uber Eats. Eat shit dumbass and be grateful for how lucky you got
English

I talk to kids at work constantly who all say they are struggling to pay rent but then order door dash or Uber Eats daily, turn down working extra hours and are always buying unnecessary things such as $500 headphones etc… That’s not to say cost of living hasn’t increased faster than wages but there seems to be a lack of money management and budgeting skills.
English

The US housing affordability crisis is somehow still getting worse:
49% of Americans are now struggling to afford their regular rent or mortgage payments, up from 44% in May 2025, according to a Redfin survey.
Generation Z is hit the hardest, with 67% struggling to afford housing.
This is followed by 54% of Gen X, 53% of Millennials, and 36% of Baby Boomers.
The most common sacrifices to afford housing are eating out less, skipping vacations, and delaying medical treatments.
Gen Zers are going further, even selling belongings, taking side hustles, and moving back in with their parents just to keep up with payments.
This comes as homebuyers now need to earn $111,000/year to afford the typical US home, ~$25,000 more than the median household income.
Housing has never been so unaffordable in the US.

@DaltonStacks1 @unusual_whales Oh thanks and then I’ll just commute 2 hours to work! Why be present with my wife and family when I can spend 12 hours commuting/working every day!!
English

@unusual_whales Find a cheap place to rent, live below your means, and save your $ in hysa and a portfolio.

@badbeatnuts1 @cobie You’d be surprised how many Fortune 500 companies don’t have rigorous enough controls in place to prevent creating and paying vendors from the same user
English

@cobie highly unlikely, they shouldn't be able to pay an unregistered vendor previously, so when they receive an innovation invoice from a company that they have not registered previously in their ERP, i doubt they will directly register and pay them
English

In January I asked OpenClaw to send 50,000 small invoices to Fortune500 companies every day.
Through experimentation we have found 2% will pay without checking if this is a legitimate invoice. These companies are wasteful — Claw captures that leakage.
