This winter I focused a lot on my nutrition, strength training and learning how my body naturally moves and how that effects everything I do along with pitching mechanics and speed. Camp feedback helped me set some goals. It’s been a busy winter and here I am hang-cleaning 130. Lots of PR’s made this offseason season! Recruits still playing for HS championships-go win your championships! Been to PA/NJ state games the last 2 days and it’s the best recruiting I’ve had in the last year. We get to learn how you actually compete and work on a team. If your travel team don’t get it-find a new team.
