🚨VAR missed an offside offence in Southampton's winning goal against Arsenal. 📸Larin, who was in a clear offside position, obstructed the keeper's vision of the ball. ❌IT'S OFFSIDE. 👉The striker causes Kepa to react late, therefore impacting his ability to save the ball.

@casinooasis14 @QTalksFtbl And that’s another risk. Does changing the manager with less time to bed in increase the risk of a repeat of this year or stick with Slot and fix the squad profiles?

@LauraKirk12 We’re shit (that’s my opener). So it’s funny to watch Arsenal fans get in a tizzy over a few poor results. The league is yours baring a very unlikely turn or complete Arteta headloss. Strap in and enjoy.

@JATTSOPRANO316 Totally disagree. These are harmless clowns , buffoons who have found a model that gets clicks and earns money. They don’t believe half the bullshit. It’s the true cultists that makes them hated.

@LeGrove Absolute nonsense. The summer strategy was to bolster every position to push on all fronts. Arsenal was lauded for its squad building and for finishing and fixing the gaps in the squad. This is another collapse. The only question is how far will it go now!

The reality is Arsenal does not have the squad depth to fight on 4 fronts. The ghost of seasons past has threatened our campaign already with near miss injuries to big players. Arteta made a very specific choice today that CL and PL were the fronts he wanted to fight on... and he knows if he beasts his best players and they break, it's over for him again. I make him right. Criticise the back-ups, but don't lose faith in the team with the best UCL league record who sit top of the Prem with most goals and best defence. Declan, Timber, Zubi, Calafiori, Hincapie, Gyokeres, Saka, Saliba, and Raya make a difference. All to play for. Today was bad, but our core was missing. If they're back for CL, we're gonna take both the remaining comps to the wire.

I have no respect for most people who have children. 100% of the time the child does not consent to being born, it is the parents SELFISH decision. We live in a system where most are born into obligation, not opportunity. You’re signing someone up for decades of work, stress, and survival just to satisfy your own desire to have a child. Unless you can genuinely offer them freedom from that cycle & ownership over their time, you are actively placing them into a system designed to extract from them for life. The global elite WANT you to keep creating their servant class. Abstain, and the system starts to crack. I’m opting out of having children. You’re either enlightened enough to break the cycle, or stay stuck feeding the matrix.

@LenovoGuru @BeeTeeQue @GooalMouth So Bryan what you’re describing is a much deeper malais with identifiable causes and therefore cures. It’s not just a specific player, manager issue it’s a combination of so may compounding factors. Utds one game a week allows more tactical work and keeps the squad fresher

Salah and Gakpo being benched does little to change the dynamics. Their downstream impact isn’t enough of a net positive or negative, because the players replacing them still don’t solve the underlying issues. Those issues are structural: a lack of a proper fitness base from a disrupted pre-season, the lack of a deep-lying playmaker to control tempo, the lack of proper pressers up top, and the lack of wide wingers with pace to shift defensive blocks. We simply do not have those profiles. And no team can realistically replace a lost pre-season block via mid-season fitness or tactical work unless they’re playing one game a week, like United. Even then, if the squad is also hit by injuries, even one game a week won’t solve it if load management becomes the priority.

A very popular take on here that I will never get on board with is the idea that Liverpool winning the league had nothing to do with Slot, yet this season had everything to do with Slot. Last season was his tactics, and he inherited a team which was allegedly due to go BACKWARDS because Klopp left. It was his tactics, his man management and his philosophy that won us the league. The only thing Klopp can get praised for is that SOME of the signings that helped us get there were from his mini stint as a silent Sports director. But Klopp left us, and it corresponded in a title-chasing collapse, so how the hell does he get any praise for the following season?? Slot was the one who lost players he didnt want to lose that were crucial to helping him win the league title. It will also be Slot that is sacrificed for failing to get the rebuild firing as quickly as possible. But you cannot say last season had nothing to do with him and this season has everything to do with him. You all would have protected Klopp with your life if we had the same season under his leadership. I guarantee that FSG and Pep Linjders would have been to blame.

@BeeTeeQue @LenovoGuru @GooalMouth Not sure if you read the rest of the discussion but there ain’t no fixing this in season. Structural, squad profiles and other things need to change. No one is defending how bad we are, rather trying to understand how to fix it.

@LenovoGuru @ConorThreadgold @GooalMouth We've played 45+ games and in those games , we can only pick 1-2 games where we played really well and won. We are bad all around. We are not playing well and losing. Even relegation threatened teams find some form at some point. Where is the light in this tunnel?

Frustrations in the EFL Cup final and now FA Cup quarter-final will be forgotten if Arsenal win the title. It’s always been about the league for Arsenal this season. 22 years since the Invincibles. Being best in the land, the champions, matters most. Lessons from St Mary’s still need to be taken: more players need to stand up to be counted, Max Dowman has to be given a run of starts now, wide or 10, and short-corner routines should be used only occasionally. Return of Raya, Timber, Saliba, Hincapie, Rice, Gyokeres and Saka (when fit and fatigue-free) to starting XI will help. #SOUARS
