@XantheClay I had a recipe for pheasant pot roasted with cider and apple in Well Seasoned, just using the crowns it allowed accurate cooking. Finished with cream and whole grain mustard.

Best pheasant recipe? 🙏I’ve got two and I’d love to know your favourite method/recipe. Xx

Last year our gas went up from £4300 to £8854 , this years quote with amazing discount . 🤢. £20000 increase in 13 months. And we are a small building god help bigger establishments.

Restaurant changing to a four day week to help both with staff and utilities. New electricity quote is 20per cent higher than now so that has just wiped out the extra day savings in one swoop . Oh joy

At the end, they ran out of time to make their naan bread and were still not allowed to taste the finished dish. Which is now sitting in the fridge at school. Such a wasted opportunity to inspire kids to get cooking. I’m so disappointed for him 😕 3/3
