@XantheClay I had a recipe for pheasant pot roasted with cider and apple in Well Seasoned, just using the crowns it allowed accurate cooking. Finished with cream and whole grain mustard.

Last year our gas went up from £4300 to £8854 , this years quote with amazing discount . 🤢. £20000 increase in 13 months. And we are a small building god help bigger establishments.

At the end, they ran out of time to make their naan bread and were still not allowed to taste the finished dish. Which is now sitting in the fridge at school. Such a wasted opportunity to inspire kids to get cooking. I’m so disappointed for him 😕 3/3
