@customink I have an issue with an order and what was received was not the proof I was shown prior to the order being placed now I have 92 personnel that didnt get what they ordered and customer service hasn't responded with a solution on the order either a return or money-back

@customink is there a way to talk to somebody that actually works at custom ink? Your call center is clearly not in the US and the reps clearly have no idea what is happening in the US. I have 10 day rush order sitting in art work review on day 9

I'm too busy to do stuff today so here are my recommendations for the masses: - Write and mail a letter - do a little yoga/meditation -practice self care -design your own t-shirt (don't have to make it-there's websites you can play around on) make the most of your day x

@customink this came in the mail like this which is unacceptable. Had it rush ordered to get in time for my daughters bday on groundhogs day. And no offer to overnight ship it. Instead a said refund. Will never order again. Packaged like trash.
