@AbdulMahmud01 How we react when we’re really upset count; Acknowledge the feeling but don’t let it get out of control. We may not have control over everything that happens in our lives, but we do get to choose how we respond to things.

Yesterday, we witnessed yet another defining moment in our democratic journey as the ADC convention was held successfully against all odds. I must respectfully appreciate the leadership of our party, ably led by the Chairman, Distinguished Senator David Mark, whose calm and steady guidance continues to provide direction at critical moments. My gratitude equally goes to the convention organising committee led by H.E Lyle Imoke, whose diligence, sacrifice, and attention to detail ensured that this convention was not only held, but was successful in every sense of the word. To our delegates, party faithful, volunteers, and supporters across Nigeria and beyond, I thank you deeply. You have once again demonstrated that democracy thrives when the people refuse to give up on it. I sincerely thank all Nigerians who, through their resilience and unwavering belief in democracy, made this possible. Your commitment is a reminder that the power of the people remains stronger than forces that seeks to undermine it. However, now that the convention has come and gone, we must move quickly from celebration to responsibility. Nigeria is facing very serious challenges, economic hardship, insecurity, unemployment, and a general sense of uncertainty among our people. These issues require urgent attention, clear thinking, and decisive action. The success of this convention must therefore not end as an event; it must become a renewed commitment to building a nation that works for everyone. We must focus on offering practical solutions, strengthening our institutions, and restoring hope to millions of Nigerians. The way forward demands unity, sacrifice, and integrity. We must put Nigeria first, above personal interests, above politics, and above all forms of division. If we remain focused and committed, I believe strongly that we can build a new Nigeria that is possible, sustainable, and beneficial to all. A new Nigeria is POssible! -PO

Peter Obi that hasn't liberated his very own state or region wants to change the North? Really, they should just rally around someone who contradicts his statement? It's not by donating boreholes for PR. He's always talking about investing in education when he (Obi) made education unaffordable the moment he became governor. Didn't he say that education isn't for the poor? You want to build and develop the North, but couldn't deny a simple allegation about the "religious phonecall" controversy that targets Northern Muslims. He sees a furure in the North, and not the South-East (his own region), or the South-west or South-south. So is it the four years he plans to rule that he will transform the North and move to the South? Everyone knows how powerful Northern votes are, all that talk on Arise TV is performative.

1. Shave your pubic hair regularly. Why are you keeping hair in your armpits and private areas? Where hair grows, you sweat more. Shave. 2. Change your underwear whenever you shower, or at least once every day. 3. Do not have unprotected sex with anyone whose sexual history you do not know. Show each other your test results before going down raw (if you must). 4. Change or wash your bedsheets at least every weekend. Sometimes the reason your skincare is not working is because your bedsheets are dirty. 5. As soon as you get home from anywhere, wash your hands before doing anything else. 6. Oral hygiene is very important. Brush your teeth, scrape your tongue, and floss at least once daily. If you can do it twice, even better. 7. Wash your butt crack properly. When you are in the shower, spread your butt cheeks and wash thoroughly. It is your body for crying out loud. 8. If you have genital appointment, two to three days beforehand, shave, eat fruits, drink enough water, wear deodorant, and wear clean underwear to the link up. They should naturally crave to eat you out because you smell so good. 9. Bathe twice daily, no matter what. If you go to the gym, bathe before and after your workout. It is non-negotiable. 10. After using the toilet, use water only or water with tissue paper to clean up. Do not use only tissue. 11. Wash your towel regularly. 12. Normalize sleeping naked. Let your private parts breathe.

I’m not against protests, but Nigerians need to look closely at who they’re being asked to protest for. From David Mark to Atiku, to Rauf who underperformed both as governor and minister, to Kwankwaso and Amaechi, these are leaders who have had their time and failed to deliver. Now that it suits them, they want to use the people. Ask yourself: where are they whenever Nigerians are protesting for better governance, electoral reform, or against injustice and insecurity? Why don’t they ever show up then? Exactly. They’re only active now because their own interests are at stake. Nigerians, don’t let anyone use you. Stay aware.

“Ten months have passed, yet I am still not whole; the nights grow colder, and the children cling to me, searching for the love their mother should be giving them. I sit in the silence she left behind, carrying a pain so heavy that even breathing feels like a burden, knowing I must go on alone. In other homes there is laughter and warmth, but in mine, only quiet tears remain, falling endlessly where her voice once lived. Every memory of her cuts deep, reminding me of a love so beautiful that losing it has shattered my world completely. May the soul of my beloved wife and our unborn child continue to rest in perfect peace, until I hold them again.”
