@f5len I heard F8KID quite constantly but unfortunately the 6 W and a HB9CV antenna were not enough EIRP to bridge the distance between Lorraine and Berlin

My rig was: - 70 cm: FT-818 (barefoot) with 6 watts output and a 4-quad series antenna on a small pole. - 3 cm: FT-790R plus DB6NT transverter, about 2.5 watts output into a small 30 cm dish with a penny feed.

I participated today rucksack-portable in the #70cm / #432MHz and #3cm / #10GHz sections of the @IARU_R1 UHF/microwaves #contest.

Fakten zur neuen Amateurfunkverordnung, die ab 21.06.2024 gelten wird ➡️ Klasse N auf 70cm, 2m und 10m. ➡️ Jedes Call wird durch anhängen von /T zum Ausbildungscall. ➡️ Remotebetrieb erlaubt, freiwillig mit /r kennzeichenbar. ➡️ 750W auf 6m, 23cm bleibt voll erhalten

On 70 cm I had only 2 QSOs I had only but both around 270 km. Again only with a FT-818 and a 4 quad series.

Once again a successful QRP participation in the VHF/UHF #contest. On 2m I had today 26 QSO, 5 DXCC, 13 squares and a total of 5806 points. I am especially happy about my ODX with #9A2AE in JN86 which is more than 700 km -- using only a FT-818 barefoot (6 W out) and an HB9CV ant!
