@UberEats just giving customers the run around. Driver stole the food, provide no way to contact Uber Eats other than in app - no way to explain how the driver never rang the doorbell nor answered their phone. @UberEats app deleted, only using Deliveroo now.

@UberEats driver didn't ring the bell and didn't leave the food on door step. Tried calling the driver so we could go meet them to collect but they don't answer. Food stolen by driver and @UberEats refuse to rectify or refund.
