Tampa wins 5-2. Tampa's top line was better than Edmonton's tonight. Every Oilers skater, except top line and Ekholm/Bouchard had a SF% above 66%. Those five were 33% to 23%. Kucherov four points and now leads NHL scoring with 118 points.

@JasonGregor I feel like we need to play physical and with emotion but it seems like Knoblauch kills that approach. I'm probably wrong but when we stopped hitting, the game changed IMO

Oilers don't score on the 5-on-3...Bouchard hit crossbar, and late in sequence Kucherov comes out of the box and JJ Moser with an unreal lob pass finds Kucherov and he scores on the breakaway. Massive turning point of the game.

@Sports1440 @JasonGregor @PlayAlbertaCA Lots of excuses and guess what? Excuses are for losers (and golfers!). We clearly cannot defend around our own net AND can't seem to get close to their net! And, often refuse to take a shot when the opportunity is there!

Team that has beat you twice in Cup Final, has chanted about your best players and chirped them and on home ice in a game you need to win you show up with no emotion and no physicality and now trail after 20 minutes. Not enough grit on this team.
