Boys arenโt jumping fences, riding bikes for miles, running from dogs, and jumping up and down cars all day while hooping multiple times per day either. All that landing, running, changing direction was building strength. As a kid, I didnโt even know what sore really was.

@DdotMooree The Achilles tears when itโs stretched too far and loaded too much for that position. Youโre supposed to push off the ball of your footโif his heel was on the ground too (negative step stretching the Achilles) then itโd be a problem
