@EMEDIONG_VIZ Lovely design….. love the elevation and the simplicity of the design, but the roof design is my concern. Having gutter round a building is a recipe for leaking. Designing to reduce to the barest minimum possibilities of leakage into the building. Lovely design,keep it up

@DesignzMavin @PrimeDesigns21 I quite agreed. I'd say a good start point could be trying to produce a much more compact plan. Even considering a two or three level solution. All the land available can be filled with vegetation.

I don’t believe this is true sir. If the current architectural style we use is for the present not the past, then it is safe to say that architects have gotten it wrong somewhere. The question remains that, did we really evolve positively?

Some architectural styles belong in the past, there is no need to bring them back to life. Every generation have their own architecture that meets their need. We live in a world with different needs and demands and we have to find our own architecture that solves the problems of our time.

Designed this school concept a while back for a client who wanted something modern but practical. The brief covered everything from site planning to facade and landscaping. optimizing space flow, maximizing natural light, and creating outdoor areas kids actually enjoy being in.

This has to be a new low with these slice of windows. The frames are literally thicker than the glass panes. It doesn’t even make any sense whatsoever. Those ‘windows’ will allow neither light nor air in so they’re pointless. Might as well just leave a bare wall there 🤷🏽‍♂️
