@gonedark Went yesterday to office depot to have this done for my wife. I printed it in advance. 300 pages. I added margins to account for spine. They bound it (spiral) and hard-laminated the front and back, for $11. They will print too, but not sure how that works.

Anyone ever printed a bound copy of an ebook? Most of the online services seem cheesy or have a high minimum quantity. Looking for recommendations...
