I'm starting off this week by acknowledging that I'm struggling. My mental health is suffering, stress is high, my outlets and healthy mechanisms aren't available.
I know I am very fortunate, but things are hard. I'm holding it together, and that's okay for now. I can manage.

I’m really struggling to decide what to eat for a whole week to minimise doing frequent grocery shopping. We used to just decide by 2pm and shop in the afternoon for that evening. I realise that this is a Very London Thing.
