Recently, we hosted @TheAXPC's Unleashing American Energy Congressional Field Tour! More than 20 U.S. congressional staff members from across the country visited the Permian Basin to tour a Diamondback drilling rig, e-frac operation, and production battery. Along the way, our team shared how the Permian powers reliable energy for America and the world. Thank you, AXPC, for partnering with us to educate federal policymakers about the vital role of the oil and gas industry.

We recently celebrated our Executive Chairman Travis Stice at @PBPA's Top Hand Award Banquet. Presented annually, the Top Hand Award recognizes individuals whose leadership, stewardship, and community involvement have made a lasting impact on the oil and gas industry and the Permian Basin community. Travis exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose, and it was an honor to celebrate his achievements. Congratulations, Travis!

In our second year partnering with the @TAMUEngineering Academy at @Midland_College, students recently connected with their Diamondback mentors! Through the Diamondback DNA Mentorship Program, our engineers meet with Academy students twice a month to share career insight, real-world experience, and guidance as they begin their engineering journey. This ongoing partnership has helped the program maintain a strong retention rate at Midland College, highlighting the value of industry engagement and mentorship. We’re proud to invest in and support the next generation of engineers right here in Midland.

.@APIenergy (API) is a trade association representing all facets of America’s natural gas and oil industry. API's team recently visited the Permian Basin, and Diamondback hosted them for a day! The visit began with a roundtable discussion with members of our executive team, followed by a tour of one of our active drilling rigs in Ector County. API staff had the opportunity to see firsthand the dedication and expertise of the hardworking men and women who deliver safe, reliable energy to America every day. Thank you, API, for visiting the Permian and taking time to learn more about our operations and our people!

The Permian Basin produces nearly half of America's oil production - about 6.5 million barrels of oil per day! The Basin's incredible influence spans over a 100-year history, and we're proud to call West Texas home.

Diamondback Energy is committed to building the next generation of leaders, and we're proud to announce a $217,300 investment in @Midland_ISD to expand our STEM Lab initiative. This funding will bring a new virtual reality STEM Lab, powered by @syGlassVR, to @MidlandHigh, enhance Legacy High School’s existing lab with Environmental Science, and continue supporting @YWLAMidland students with Anatomy & Physiology and Neuroscience courses. Currently, more than 270 MISD students are enrolled in STEM Lab courses. The program has created 66 dual college credit seats in health sciences and equips students with critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills. Thank you, MISD for partnering with us to bring cutting-edge STEM education to students in Midland!

Teacher Winter Wishes Spectacular was filled with joy, gratitude, and community spirit. We’re proud to partner with the @MidEdFoundation and other incredible local organizations to make this event impactful. More than 1,000 teachers from across Midland gathered at the Bush Convention Center to receive classroom supplies, gifts, and prizes. To all teachers: thank you for everything you do. Wishing you a safe, happy, and well-deserved holiday break!

For the third year in a row, we partnered with the @MidlandTxPD for the Blue Santa Toy Drive! 🎁✨ This initiative brings holiday cheer to children in need across the Permian Basin. Over the past four weeks, Diamondback employees and Fasken Tower tenants came together to donate toys supporting local organizations like Safe Place of the Permian Basin, High Sky Children's Ranch, @midland_soup, and more. We’re honored to help make the season brighter for families in our community. Thank you to everyone who contributed!

In 2025, more than 130 Diamondback employees mentored 220 students at @Midland_ISD through curated programs like Reading Buddies, Robotics, Diamondback Career Connections, and Rolling Baristas and 170 students at @Midland_College and @TAMU through Diamondback DNA programs.    By meeting consistently throughout the year, our employees are building meaningful relationships, supporting career pathways, and helping close opportunity gaps for students across our community.  Thank you to every mentor, educator, and partner who made this impact possible!

We back the blue! As a continuation of our long-standing support of law enforcement, we recently gave @Midland_ISD Police Department $25,000 to equip patrol units across all district campuses with new laptops.   The upgrades will provide officers with faster access to campus video surveillance, body camera footage, and license plate recognition systems, enhancing emergency response capabilities and strengthening campus safety.

Every year at our Annual Honor & Serve Luncheon, our team stacks hands to give back to the first responders who protect and serve our communities. From police to fire to EMS to dispatch, over 500 first responders from Midland and Odessa stopped by for lunch served by our team and a special tribute by the Permian Basin Pipe and Drum Corps and Midland Police Department Honor Guard. A heartfelt thank you to all first responders who joined us for our seventh year hosting this event. We’re truly grateful for your commitment to keep our communities strong and safe!

We’re proud to partner with @MidlandHabitat for Humanity, a nonprofit dedicated to providing affordable housing in our community. Over five days, more than 90 Diamondback employees rolled up their sleeves to build a new home for a deserving family right here in Midland! This marks our first year contributing sweat equity with Habitat for Humanity, and we can't wait for many more. Thank you, Habitat, for letting us work alongside you and support your mission.
