I want to thank the @MLB schedule makers for placing the @SFGiants in Angel Stadium on my 40th birthday today. My son and I saw a win and the Giants are now 2-0 when he attends a Giants game. His first was a 4-3 win over Clayton Kershaw last year.

My boldest prediction, I know I'm out on a limb here @CallMeEPJ , Mater Dei will be the Division 1, No. 1 seed.

This hits home. No way could I afford to do an unpaid internship and I started covering prep sports for local papers (and my school paper) when I was 16. You don't know what stress is until you rush to a 7-11 hoping the worker lets you use a phone line to modem in a story.
