So many dogs to save on a daily basis but one thing always guides me… Tina. I only had her for 6 months but she was glorious. Today the team are building her hospital. It’s just some huge holes in the ground and some foundations going in but I have to pinch myself every single second. It won’t be easy to get this done, fund it and kit it out but Tina is buried just to the side of it watching on. We treat lots of dogs already but this will be one of the best hospitals for street dogs on the planet! All in Tina’s name ❤️

Faisalabad’s heat reaches 45°C… we all look for fans and cool air. Our rescued animals can’t. Sick, injured, mothers & babies suffer badly, with body temperatures reaching 107°F. Diesel update 💔 When we rescued him, his condition was heartbreaking… we didn’t even think he had an owner. His owner said he was a guard dog and promised to bring him regularly for treatment… but then Diesel kept coming back. Again and again, he would reach our gate, crying, hitting it with his paws. We would let him in… and then his owner would come and take him away. This kept repeating… until finally, the owner gave up. Now Diesel is with us forever… a permanent resident, part of our family 🤍 And this isn’t the first time. It has happened so many times. Dogs adopted locally often return to our gate by evening. A couple of years ago, one dog was adopted 19 miles away… escaped high walls… and after 4 days, showed up at our shelter at 3 AM, crying This is what love and care does. People think we “confine” them… but the streets are not freedom. The streets are hunger, thirst, abuse, and untreated suffering. Here… they choose to stay. And when there are so many like him under our care, the cost becomes overwhelming. Ash came to us with multiple tumors, many already burst and deeply infected. In his first moments here, he stood quietly facing the wall… a sign of the pain and exhaustion he has been carrying for so long. He is safe now, but safety alone is not enough. We are trying to give him comfort, a pain-free life, proper nutrition, and the love he has never known. This kind of care is long, constant, and costly. Please don’t stop at rescue.
