Heres the thing with fashion: it all comes down to fit. If it doesn’t fit right then I can’t wear it. With resale & rental I don’t know how the garment will fit until it arrives. If it doesn’t work on me I can’t get a refund. For me this is the biggest barrier to wearing preloved
