In NYC, local merchants are offloading credit card processing fees to consumers/customers. For example, laundry mat's will add a "credit card processing fee". Why? Payment processing companies are taking advantage of merchants; specifically, payment fees (~1-5%, per transaction) and they provide little-to-no chargeback/fraud protection. Also, payment processing companies deduct more fees for refunds; meaning, the merchant takes mutiple losses (ie. not a scalable solution).

I was excited to buy a preorder case from @card_plaza for OP-13. It is unfortunate that your shipment was stolen and you could not fulfill the order. I paid $1,868.50, and you initially refunded $1,800, keeping $68.50 citing "fees". After I push for a full refund, you refunded $50 and added me to the "blacklist" program. If you cancel an order and deliver nothing, you refund the customer in full. Don't worry I will not be shopping at your site again
