A system-level accessibility overlay (like Assistive Touch or Quick Ball) but instead of just shortcuts, it acts as a Solana wallet that integrates with dApps running in Chrome/Google/etc. essentially replacing Phantom & other wallets at the OS level. building for @solanamobile
