It was pretty exciting to hear today that 8,065,501 people watched episode one of This is Going to Hurt in its first 28 days. But it was EXTREMELY exciting to see episode six feature on this week's Gogglebox - every sofa in tears at @ambikamod's heartbreaking performance.

Oh God, talking of amazing winter things, I cannot recommend the book "Wintering" by @_katherine_may_ hard enough. I've got all my friends reading it - it tells you that "wintering" is a specific, healing activity, & how to enjoy cold/sleeplessness/darkness. A book for the soul
