A colleague of mine has been in Brampton for 3 years. Her husband is still in Lagos, waiting on his visa.
She wakes at 6, drops two kids at daycare, does a full shift, picks them up, cooks dinner, bathes them, helps with homework, reads them to sleep.
Then she calls Lagos. He gets maybe 15 minutes before her eyes close.
Anyone else living that split life right now?
