And some receptionists are rather severe and unsympathetic in their manner. I have come across some lovely ones and some who I have mentally slapped ☺️

@JuR4th @Michell79408100 @reallorraine We are trained to ask questions to make sure you get to see the right person for your problem. We have years of experience of this, some translate this as receptionist thinking they're Dr's. Trust me, we don't.

FFS. This is contemptible. Utterly disgraceful that our NHS staff are being treated like this. I despair.
