ADVICE SESSION (episode 001) So, there’s this friend of mine (lady) who makes roughly 8million naira equivalent in USD monthly, she has a boyfriend who is just barely living from hand to mouth, he could barely provide for himself talk less of fending for the needs of the lady but then, the lady doesn’t even need anything from him but his love, honesty and trust. They’ve been dating for 4 years up till date, when they started dating, both of them had nothing but things picked up for the lady faster than it is for the guy obviously. Now, here is the bone of contention, the lady asked him to move in with her because his rent will soon be due, instead of having to pay his rent again and will still pay her own (just to manage expenses), but the guy is insisting that he’s not going to do that until they are married and that will be when he is capable of financing a home which he doesn’t seem like he could at the moment, this lady is now agitated that for how long will she have to wait? It’s not like she is asking him to foot any bills for now since her job is doing well and they can still live on her income but this guy refused. Now, this lady came to ask for my advice on the matter because she is in her early 30s and she doesn’t think waiting would be the best option for her even though she loves the guy and wouldn’t mind financing everything in the home once they are married till he gets a better footing financially. What’s the best advice you would give the lady and if you are the guy, how will you go about the situation knowing fully well whats at stake for both parties.

Your biggest career mistake is thinking your job title is your security. It is not. Your security is: Relevant skill. Visible proof. Strong network. Current tools. Clear results. Industry awareness. Ability to move before you are pushed.

Before you Japa in 2026, confirm the Permanent Residency pathways for each country: 1. Canada – Study Permit → Post-Grad Work Permit → Express Entry / PNP → PR 2. UK – Skilled Worker Visa → ILR after 5 years → Citizenship (Might change in September, 2026) 3. New Zealand – Student Visa → Post-Study Work Visa → Skilled Migrant / Work to Residence → PR 4. Austria – Red-White-Red Card → Permanent Residence after 5 years 5. Sweden – Student Visa → Work Permit → PR after 4–7 years 6. Germany – Student Visa → EU Blue Card / Work Visa → PR after 21–33 months or 5 years 7. France – Student Visa → Work Permit → Long-Term Residence after 5 years 8. Italy – Student Visa → Work Permit → EU Long-Term Residence after 5 years 9. Spain – Student Visa → Work Permit / Highly Skilled Visa → Long-Term Residence after 5 years 10. Russia – Work Permit / Highly Qualified Specialist → Temporary Residence → Permanent Residence (5 years) 20. Australia – Student Visa / Graduate Visa / Skilled Visa → PR pathway → Citizenship after meeting residence rules 21. USA – F1 Student Visa → OPT/STEM OPT → H-1B / Employer Sponsorship → Green Card 22. Luxembourg – Student Residence Permit → Work Permit → Long-Term Residence after 5 years 23. Belgium – Student Visa → Work Permit / Single Permit → Long-Term Residence after 5 years 24. Denmark – Student Permit → Work Permit → Permanent Residence usually after 8 years, sometimes 4 years 25. Greece – Student Visa → Work Residence Permit → Long-Term Residence after 5 years 29. Romania – Student Visa → Work Residence Permit → Long-Term Residence after 5 years 30. Malaysia – Student Pass → Employment Pass → Residence Pass / PR route, but PR is not straightforward 31. China – Student Visa → Work Residence Permit → Permanent Residence route, but PR is highly selective 32. Brazil – Student Visa → Work / Investment / Family Residence Route → Permanent Residence, depending on eligibility Don’t just check tuition and proof of funds. Check if the country has a realistic PR pathway after studies. For further assistance, you can book a paid consultation with me and my team on WhatsApp: +2348039266453.

He has his flaws. And I obviously don't know much about his private life. But with what I have seen so far, this man right here should be the role model for all Nigerian youths. The humility he has, even after accumulating all this wealth is the sort that is rarely found in our current society. Integrity ✔️ Empathy ✔️ Humility ✔️ He embodies all the qualities that an average Nigerian politician will never have. 2027, I will vote him again. His principles strongly align with mine. If I don't vote him, I will not have peace of mind. If he gets only one vote, then it will definitely be mine.

"In 1987, American Express introduced platinum card for 5000 people, here is mine, they later introduced the Black card (Centurion card) in 1999 for 1000 people on the planet, here is mine. I had a viable business and while I don't regret going into Politics, it made me poorer." - Peter Obi, NDC Presidential Candidate.
