This issue could also be described as feminism, career women, single moms, wage gap, etc. - The issue of the fatherless homes and its impact on society, more specifically black families - IQ levels of groups in our society and the impact that has on outcomes - Abortion Many more issues are only debatable if one side is intellectually dishonest or morally indifferent. While there is nuance on each of these issues, and not one of them has a simple answer, there is a right side of them and its not the side most of your ilk has been on.

Based on the law, what you said is true. There is something called the fabric of society and a society that would let that happen in a choice of free will is evil. But no, the government should not create laws to ensure these "human rights". That was a pathetic attempt at stating that if something isn't a "human right" it gives full ethical permission to an evil behavior.

At a certain point you simply have to say to the libertarians "no, wrong." An orphaned baby does in fact have the human right not to starve to death in the street. Any form of society that can't guarantee that right is bad.
