
Despite raising this issue multiple times with your area manager and other senior officials at Reliance Jio, no one has shown any real interest in resolving it.
Most of the time, the response is: “We’re currently in a Zoom meeting” but there is never any follow-up or actual solution.
This kind of casual and dismissive attitude towards customer complaints is deeply disappointing. Is this the level of accountability customers should expect?
