It was a great end of year reflecting with Mindful Accomplishments practice. It was beautiful & I’m in awe 🫢 My kids enjoyed about 170 practices this year. I can’t thank @Inner_Explorer enough for the amazing learning and experience they have given us!

As a proud partner of GreenLight, this selection is an innovative approach to the youth mental health crisis. Inner Explorer is an audio-guided mindfulness program providing daily, guided exercises to seamlessly integrate into the classroom from pre-K to 12th grade.
