@intel what happend to u guys…. Brand new 14900k on latest bios and microcode sat in apex legends doing nothing cmon now 1.47v can’t keep stable clock speeds to save its life all under ur stock settings what kind of cpu samples are you sending to retailers to sell 😂

@IntelSupport my device, the Acer Predator PHN18-71, is blue screening every time the DPTF APO Driver installs. It's been a problem for 6 months, without it I have very poor performance, with it I have an unusable PC. Could you please advise further? Many thanks

Another frustrating issue is the display driver every time @intel releases a new display driver after installing it when the user runs windows update it installs the previous version of the driver due to which the user had to install a new driver again. Complete waste of time.

Hey @intel Just installed a new Arc B50 Pro and every time I sleep the machine, it wakes with all 3 screens screwed up. Resolution drops to 1920x1080 (should be 4K) on the main display and can't be increased again. One screen goes upside down but remains at 4K and 1 screen is fine. Running 32.0.101.8247. Disappointing bug to have in a Pro series card - would appreciate your help. #frustrated

@intel how many years do you support your ARC GPUs? I have an RX6600 for 2 years and @AMD killed its support. I'm willing to buy an Intel card, I just dont want to be without support

In the end, I had to choose “Allow on device”, though I did so reluctantly. But since I know it’s part of @Intel’s software, it should be fine… right? Right? 🥹

Not sure if @Microsoft and @Intel need to discuss this, but Windows Defender is flagging OpenHardwareMonitorLib.sys, a component of Intel’s NUC Software Studio, as containing the trojan "Vigorf.A". I let Windows Defender remove the file, but then Intel Software Agent prompted me to reinstall the graphics driver. After restarting Windows, Windows Defender once again asked me to take action. The vicious cycle continues.
