I finally got around to updating my mixed reality US Election results map with the 2024 election results. I've also added a little bar chart to show how many electoral votes each state has. Ideally i'd update this with multiple years in the z axis to show how the state party and # of electoral votes has changed year to year. I'd love to bring in additional state specific information when they are highlighted. #MixedReality #DataVisualisation #MixedRealityMaps #USElection

Like many others, I was super excited when Microsoft announced Volumetric Apps at Microsoft Build in March 2024. Many in the XR community received it as a hint of hope despite Microsoft's dwindling investment in XR (AR, VR & MR). As I've been unable to get any answers regarding its progress, I've knocked up a little website sharing everything I know about it to help the XR community and others in the same boat.
