@UVConverge The Saiyan CaC can use nearly every Saiyan form, plus Beast and UI. I'm pretty sure they can give us Rosé and have it not matter

I just realized that Super Saiyan Rosé definitely wouldn’t make sense for actual Saiyans. I didn’t consider the Zamasu lore and that this transformation would not be good for a Saiyan CaC hero.

I have a theory. What Fu saw at the end of Chapter 1 was the end of time itself. USV SKoT is not part of his plan, but a last resort when the heroes foil his "plans".
Since he's the son of Towa & Mira, he has the right intentions, just the wrong way going about it.

When XV3 drops, what race are you going to play as?
I've done Saiyan (XV1) and Frieza Race (XV2), so I might go Human or Namekian this time around, assuming we're keeping the same options as before.

I'm hoping this final DLC goes out with a bang and does 5 characters like Chapter 1 did, and give us content we've been asking for like how the Sparking! Devs listened.

In this final update, we will be including all of the work-in-progress content we still have available and that has not been lost to time as is. These assets will be released as open source and free to use, as long as proper credit is given to the team. We want to sincerely thank all of you for the years of support, enthusiasm, and love you have shown this project. It has meant more to us than words can express, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey.
