@cgy_guy @Jamessstanton Because you need more raw bitumen exports in another place to a new port? Who's paying for the pipeline? Trans Mountain is running "Open Season" bidding to see if it should expand further. Which makes more sense as the path already exists

@Jamessstanton @Line_Fault He could have lifted the tanker ban day 1. He didn’t. He is forcing taxpayers to pay $20B+ on the pathways co2 capture. He keeps pushing netzero, in fact he is the founder of GFANZ.

An independent Alberta could potentially have zero income tax if we don’t have to support Canada. We have more oil and less population than UAE who have no personal income tax. Let’s go! #AlbertaIndependence

@GarnettGenuis Youth usually have entry level service jobs, how are you making more customers buy more things so more of these jobs exist?

@GarnettGenuis The population fell by over 73K in Q3 and 100K in Q4 2025 I am 100% for funding training in blue collar jobs Unless the government is building the homes, the price won't change. If someone makes a profit then the price is higher than it could be. The font choice is terrible

@TruthSeek01011 Scientists from Antarctica get picked up by cruise ships that are repositioning. Argentina is relatively close to Antarctica Maybe she wears a copper mesh inside the hard hat to keep the waves out

They are building this Hantavirus up exactly the same as Covid-19, the boat I bet is empty, what they release into the public will be something different from Hantavirus.

@Songstress28 I am treaty indian and I 💯 percent support Alberta Independence. Your wrong. Its a chance for us to renegotiate and right all the wrongs of canada on us. Every single Albertan will be better off in an independent Alberta.

Russia. The U.S. The Alberta government. And First Nations taking on all of them at once. The separatist movement threatening their treaties is being amplified by Moscow and Washington. I’ve been covering this story for months. This week it got bigger. Way bigger. It’s wild and it’s real. Share/Read/Comment here: open.substack.com/pub/indigenous… ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

@Jamessstanton @cgy_guy There used to be a cap, the UCP removed the cap in 2019. Someone is making profit in Alberta so consumer have to pay for that. Grid scale renewable electricity is frowned upon in Alberta.

I’d agree with that. In fact I never had a problem subsidizing smaller provinces. That all changed when Trudeau and Carney started attacking our economy. Then I also realized how under represented we are and that we have essentially zero say in the governance of the country. If that can’t be fixed, I don’t want to help them anymore. 🤷‍♂️

@cgy_guy @Jamessstanton I love when people attack the economy by spending tens of billions on a pipeline.

BREAKING - CALGARY - 3 days since Mitch Sylvestre turned in 301,620 signatures to Elections Alberta and served a Statutory Declaration on Danielle Smith with no response from the Premier’s Office. No public statement, no congratulatory note to Mitch Sylvestre - UCP Constituency Association President of the Year, no expression of gratitude for the 7,000 hard working Stay Free Alberta Canvassers or the 301,620 hard working Albertans who stood in lines into the dark Alberta January nights because Elections Alberta was so slow to issue canvasser badges… Nothing from @ABDanielleSmith other than a surly silence as she jets off to Ottawa to meet with Mark Carney and receive secret briefings from CSIS as to how they are going to work against the people who voted her into office. Her communications genius Matt Altheim must have worked overtime on THIS strategy.

@Line_Fault ⬆️ what passes for debate by anti-independence people. Let’s get to the real issues and have an educated dialogue. I’ve found many errors in my thinking by genuine debate, perhaps you will too.

@cgy_guy @Jamessstanton It would be terrible to have affordable electricity in Alberta... Too bad solar panels and wind turbines are so ugly Someone has to make a profit and if they're making a profit then the price could technically be cheaper

@Line_Fault @Jamessstanton Hydro Quebec also artificially lowers electricity prices to gain the equalization system. If they charged market rates, the government would gain more income thereby hurting equalization payments.

@cgy_guy @Jamessstanton it's also allowed them to have a massive aluminium industry... 7.8¢ to 8¢ per kWh It's like falling water is a better investment over time vs. burning things that then no longer exist and you have to keep replacing to have something to burn

The government knew and didn't care but someone else needed to say something? You point out legal things that people did... to defend against crimes... I wish I was dead inside so i could make money spewing BS

Naheed Nenshi is doubling down on his ignorance today in the provincial Legislature! Blaming Danielle Smith again for something she didn’t know about but he did! He is hiding something and protecting his sources and we are onto him!
