@Localldentity I'm having trouble looking up heroic tragedy jewels, im looking up conquered by vorona with certain notables in the area but it keeps showing me only jewels with Medved in the timeless jewel search. Any insight would help alot. Cheers 🍻

@Localldentity How peculiar! It feels like it's doing work in the build, and they are super fast, zooming off screen to wipe up the edges of packs and going around corners in indoor maps, so I'd be immensely grateful if you manage to find a way. Thanks for all your work on holy strike!

@asdrtcgkj Locking lightning is weird cause it’s the only support gem that creates a minion (summon phantasm has a hidden active skill part to it) Our code isn’t setup for support gems to have minions coming from them so I need to find some way to make it work

@Localldentity Thanks heaps. I think when it first dropped in pob I still had a melee wheel for +1 strike. I'm mostly giga scaling minion damage and attack speed with spiritual aid/command now though. Managed to hit 12m+ pob dps now I'd love to know what Living lightning is doing though 😂.

@jadedarsenalfan Yep should be fine 99% of the time

@asdrtcgkj For the next update, I just fixed player Holy Strike attack not scaling with melee damage so that might have been the issue you had

@Localldentity Thanks! I'm trying to pob holy strike but I'm not sure its functioning correctly in pob, damage feels much lower than it should be.

@Zerograviti_1 Yep that would work. Only potential issue would be if you used it on something like Diallas you’d need to make sure it was the 7th gem so it doesn’t get affected by the mods on the armour

@Localldentity Question, would a lvl 1 extra support on the active skill section work as a workaround for simulating the Imbued supports (on a skill to skill basis) not supporting all the linked skills like it works ingame.

@Localldentity @NeverSinkDev Have you tried Opus as well? I find it better at understanding, but seems like everyone has different results (everyone prompts different as well)

I've been debating if I wanted to post this... because this is genuinely TERRIFYING me. I've been using Claude Code with Opus 4.6 and the leap it made over the last year is terrifying. Context: I'm a developer with well over 15 years of experience. I'm using the AI for an evolution sandbox simulation. The AI frequently 1shots tasks that would take me 4-16 hours. I'm steering it and creating a lean architecture by guiding the AI and writing the main classes myself. Right now is probably the sweet spot where your knowledge as an experienced developer can turn you into a 100x developer. However, that's not the point. I'm afraid (and I hope to be wrong) that within the next 5-10 years any developer, manager, most research and most jobs that we see as 'high profile thinking tasks' will become obsolete. This is honestly a future I dread. The cultural consequences will be absurd. What's your take? PS1: I'm withholding usage of AI for anything creative and critical (including my filter/filterblade projects). PS2: I'm training myself no matter what project I use to always have at least 2-3 hours of writing code by hand every day to stay sharp, but practically I can now be around 10x more efficient, by delegating agents and guiding them to build the right architecture. PS3: If you think creative or management jobs are not at risk, unfortunately I believe chances are very high that you're wrong.

@NeverSinkDev I haven’t given Claude a shot yet but I know some of the other devs have used it to great effect. The models are growing in capacity so fast that I feel for the people who’ve been studying computer science or similar degrees and are about to start looking for work

@NeverSinkDev I’ve tried using codex for some light PoB tasks and haven’t had much success with it, perhaps that’s due to how the codebase is structured or maybe something else It has been helpful to have it review a PR after I’ve had a look at it in case I missed something though

@EyypSayli It's the "know what they're doing" part that is in short supply. Also very hard for to know when it's a first PR from a unknown user I'd trust it more from someone who has contributed a bunch in the past or if they made a really in-depth PR with clear commits and comments

@Localldentity AI tools like Claude code are actually really powerful in the hands of engineers or people know what they are doing.

PoB 1 v2.60.0 is out with the new Phrecia tree Fixes some crashes, boss skill damage values and other small issues I didn’t check to add support for any of the new / changed nodes yet though

I’ll probs attend again with my mates. Was a lot of fun getting to play PoE 2 early and meeting a bunch of streamers at the previous con I’m assuming this is going to be all about the full release of PoE 2. Wonder if there are other exciting things they’re gonna announce though

@Hikamiro Ahh yeah I didn’t consider minion skills would still allow you to be in the form I think the only way around this is to enable a override for your default form on the configs tab so I’ll look into that
