Have a case of suspected CTCL on bx. Got clinical hx, outside results after I signed it out. Oncology PA is treating a "fungal skin infection" in a patient with diagnosis of peripheral T cell lymphoma, possibly skin, unknown site, involving a lymph node. #pathology #dermatology
