ExpressCredit Namibia has appointed Melvin Hosea Angula as Chief Executive Officer, effective 20 March 2026. Angula joins the microlender from Letshego Micro Financial Services Namibia, where he served as CEO and oversaw a period of strategic repositioning, strengthened governance and improved operational performance. He brings experience in financial services, strategy and digital transformation, with a focus on credit risk management, operational efficiency and scalable lending models.
