Yesterday, I had the honour of hosting my brother and partner, His Excellency Peter Obi, at my residence in Abuja.
I warmly welcomed him back from his highly productive international trip, and we engaged in frank and productive discussions on key partisan and national issues.
Our party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), remains united. As leaders, we must continue to demonstrate maturity by making the necessary sacrifices and tolerating our differences in pursuit of our shared goal.
We are resolute in this mission, and together, we shall ensure that Nigeria is OK. - RMK

The man on the left, Nuhu Ribadu, is documented to have armed the Fulani militia, and calls them his brothers. He also signed the $9 million lobby agreement to hide the genocide in Nigeria.
The man on the right, @RepRileyMoore was assigned by President Trump to investigate the Nigerian genocide. He says he’s glad to be working with the man on the left.
The targets supposedly provided by the man on the left have only hit those factions not loyal to the Sultan of Sokoto. They have not hit the Fulani militia, which is known to be doing most of the killing.
How does that make you feel?

Under Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT), more commissioned officers have been slaughtered.
We lost:
1. Brigadier General Musa Uba.
2. Major General Abubakar Rabe (rtd).
3. Brig. Gen. Oseni Omoh (O.O.) Braimah.
4. Lt. Col. S.I. Iliyasu (March 2026).
5. Lt. Col. Umar Farouq (March 9, 2026).
6. Col. Aliyu Saidu Paiko. (October 2025).
7. Lt. Col. Umar Ibrahim Mairiga, (Mar 1, 2026).
Nigeria lost more “commissioned” army officers under Tinubu than under Buhari & Jonathan combined. The calamity that befell the Nigerian Army in 3 years is unimaginable.
We lost multiple camp commanders (including a Major in Damasak & others in Monguno). They fell to attacks, others fell to IEDs.
These are twenty, twenty-five, thirty & thirty-five years of active service wasted. They died so that politicians can soirée & party hard.
THE HEROES OF NIGERIA ARE NO MORE! 💔🇳🇬

🚨 BREAKING : Didier Drogba on Africans Supporting Mexico Over South Africa
"To see some Africans openly rooting against South Africa simply because of political disagreements is disappointing. Football has always been a game that brings people together, not a battlefield for political divisions.
You don't have to support South Africa just because they're African. Everyone has the right to support whichever team they like. But if your reason for supporting Mexico is purely political, then you're missing the spirit of the game.
Football should be decided by passion, respect, and what happens on the pitch—not by governments, policies, or political arguments. For ninety minutes, let football be football.
As Africans, we can disagree on politics and still celebrate each other's achievements in sport. We don't have to turn every match into a political statement."

DEMOCRACY DAY MESSAGE BY HON. IFE SALAKO
June 12, 2026
My dear people of Alimosho Federal Constituency and Nigerians at large,
As we commemorate Democracy Day today, June 12, I join millions of Nigerians in honoring the sacrifices of our democratic heroes who fought tirelessly for freedom, justice, equity, and the right of the people to choose their leaders.
June 12 remains a symbol of the people's will, courage, and determination to build a nation where every citizen can live in peace, dignity, and prosperity. Sadly, as we celebrate this historic day, our nation is confronted with enormous challenges that continue to test the strength of our democracy.
Across the country, innocent children, teachers, women, and men are being kidnapped by criminals. Families live in fear, communities are under siege, and many parents are uncertain about the safety of their children. The recent abductions of schoolchildren and teachers in different parts of Nigeria remind us that our nation must urgently prioritize the protection of lives and property.
Beyond insecurity, millions of Nigerians are battling severe economic hardship. Hunger, poverty, unemployment, inflation, and the rising cost of living have pushed many families to the brink. Citizens work tirelessly but can barely afford food, healthcare, education, and transportation. The gap between the hopes of our people and the realities they face continues to widen.
Democracy must be more than periodic elections; it must translate into good governance, accountability, security, economic opportunities, and a better quality of life for the people. A democracy that cannot protect its citizens or provide basic necessities requires sincere reflection and urgent action from those entrusted with leadership.
Despite these challenges, I remain optimistic about the future of Nigeria. Our resilience as a people has always been our greatest strength. Together, we can build a nation where justice prevails, where every child can go to school without fear, where every citizen can earn a decent living, and where the government truly serves the people.
As I often say, "If you don't do politics, politics will do you." This is a reminder that citizens must actively participate in shaping the future of our nation through responsible civic engagement and democratic participation.
On this Democracy Day, let us regnite our commitment to nation-building, unity, justice, and the pursuit of a better Nigeria for all.
Happy Democracy
Hon. Ife Salako

We now understand why no former appointtee of Peter Obi as 8 years governor of Anambra has ever come out to speak in his defence or say anything good about him since 2023.
In less than 3 years, two known allys of Peter Obi, Datti Baba Ahmed who served as his Deputy in 2023, and Kenneth Okonkwo who served as his spokesperson, have all dumped him with no good thing to say about him.
If that dunce was Nigeria's President, by now, Trump would have bømbed half of Nigeria🤦🏾♂️

Peter Obi has no business anywhere being a Presidential Candidate of even the smallest nation in the world not to talk of a FRAGILE and COMPLEX Country as Nigeria!!

No matter wetin anybody think about Nnamdi Kanu
One thing wey every civilized society suppose agree on be say:
Justice delayed na justice denied.
Too many years don pass.
Too many court appearances.
Too many arguments.
Too many headlines.
At some point, a nation must ask itself:
Are we looking for justice?
Or are we simply extending a story that should have reached a conclusion long ago?
You fit support am.
You fit oppose am.
But fairness no suppose depend on whose side you dey.
The true strength of any democracy no be how e treat people wey agree with government.
Na how e treat people wey challenge am.
If a man get case, hear am.
If e get answer to give, make e give am.
If e get punishment to face, make e face am.
But let justice move.
Because when cases drag for years and years, everybody lose.
The individual lose.
The system lose.
The country lose.
Nigeria needs lots of healing.
Nigeria needs closure.
Nigeria needs justice wey no dey crawl.
Tinubu my bro, pls wake up and do the needful.

@Mallam_jabeer The average Nigerian politician sees Peter Obi as a direct threat to their source of livelihood. It unsettles them that a man who has conquered greed could step onto the podium. Their greatest shock is discovering they cannot dig up dirt against him but Las las,Nigeria will be OK

Why am I in politics?
If you're within the range of 18-35 years, read this tweet with an open mind.
I have only one reason for joining politics; simply to make sure my children and the next generation do not inherit the pain, hardship, and hopelessness we are living with today.
This system was never designed to favor the common man, and that is why we must consciously break this chain of suffering and build a system that works for everyone, regardless of tribe, religion, or background.
Sadly, most of the people in politics today are irresponsible members of our society who do not understand the value of human life. They are only after their stomachs and the comfort of their families, while the majority suffer in silence.
The truly responsible citizens are the ones paying the price for the foolishness, greed, and incompetence of those in power.
To keep escaping accountability, these politicians exploit our emotions, dragging RELIGION and ETHNICITY into every conversation so we won’t ask questions about our common wealth or demand better governance.
It’s time to change the narrative and take back our future or let me say the future of our own children because these politicians have already wasted a significant portion of our days on earth.
It's no longer about tribe or religion, it's about saving this country from the hands of the well known criminals who are disguising as leaders.
