Orlando City and Head Coach Oscar Pareja have mutually agreed to part ways. Assistant coach Martín Perelman has been appointed interim head coach following Pareja’s departure.

Orlando City SC and Oscar Pareja parted ways, with Martín Perelman as interim head coach starting immediately. Oscar's dedication, leadership, and professionalism helped our club, said Orlando City SC General Manager & Sporting Director Ricardo Moreira. “Oscar’s impact on our club and community will always be remembered,” said Orlando City SC Owner & Chairman Mark Wilf. “He elevated Orlando City on and off the field, guided us through milestones that reshaped our trajectory, and represented our crest with integrity. We appreciate his contributions to the organization.” Pareja led the Lions to their first MLS trophy in 2022, winning the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. Orlando City reached the 2020 MLS is Back Tournament Final and set an active MLS record with 103 wins, 72 losses, and 66 draws under Pareja. “I want to thank you” We shared unforgettable moments, and while it's time for me and the Club to move on, I'm proud of our work and grateful to those who made it possible. Leading the team to Joining Perelman as interim assistant coach is Manuel Goldberg, OCB's fifth-year head coach. Goldberg previously spent two seasons as head coach of the MLS NEXT Pro side. Current Orlando City B assistant coach Julian Vergara became interim head coach. Assistant coach Diego Torres leaves with Pareja.
