Poor weather? No problem. We fly in challenging conditions to keep people safe. In this case, our aerial vantage point allowed ground units to back off, reducing pressure on the driver and enabling a safe, controlled arrest. #NPAS #KeepingYouSafe

#RoadCrimeTeam working closely with #ANPRInterceptors, @NPASmidlands & @WMPDogs tracked & safely arrested the driver of this cloned lorry in B’ham after it had been used to steal a dumper truck from a building site. Once it was stopped we also located a stolen caravan nearby. 👌

Busy start to the shift with an all lane closure RTC on the M6 Jn15 to Jn16. Driver of the offending vehicle gave it legs across fields and sadly lost. Plenty of forensics to get him yet 👍 Thanks to @NPASMidlands #NPAS51 for a search of the area 👍

A BMW stolen in a burglary & used in several burglaries across the UK was pursued by B Unit #ANPRInterceptors & @NPASMidlands. The occupants realised they weren't getting away so tried their luck on foot! @WMPDogs had something to say about that & both were swiftly arrested! 💪🏻

This RR SVR made off from the #RoadCrimeTeam in Acocks Green before being pursued as it was suspected stolen. @npasmidlands 🚁 then tracked it into B’ham where it was stung by the #ANPRInterceptors. The driver then decamped in the Bull Ring car park but was quickly arrested.
