🌍✨ Culture Day ✨🌍 Today we celebrated our first-ever Culture Day at #NeathCollege. A fantastic celebration of culture, community, and inclusion across the College, with plans to roll this out across the wider Group 👏 From Ghanaian drumming and performances by our Filipino students, to cultural representation from Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Germany, Africa, India and more. We are proud to support White Ribbon UK, the UK’s leading charity engaging men and boys to end violence against women and girls 🤍 This #WhiteRibbonDay, we’re encouraging men to hold themselves accountable to women and to each other, so we can affect positive behaviour change to transform harmful cultures. Gender equality is key to making this culture change happen. Gender equality is achievable if men and boys understand and assume their responsibility as allies. Staff and students across NPTC Group of Colleges, including College CEO, Mark Dacey, joined together to make the pledge to the campaign.
